Joana Baptista is an 18 year-old student from Oxford who has just completed her A Levels. With a passion for STEM and economics, she has founded 3 award-winning companies, alongside running workshops, clubs and talks around the country.
She has proudly presented to Princess Anne, was selected to participate in the Women2Women leadership programme in America and has not one but two TED talks under her belt, at the most recent she spoke of the importance of reverse-mentoring.
Jo was the recipient of the Women of the Future Young Star Award in 2017.
Kim and Jo spoke about some of the things closest to her heart - feminism, girls in STEM, and young entrepreneurship.
