Winner of the Women of the Future Community Spirits Award in 2015 as well as the PPA Unsung Hero Award in June 2019, Jackie balances her career as Deputy Managing Director at leading publishing agency Think with charity work, following a diagnosis of breast cancer in her early thirties.
Kim talks to Jackie about how her definition of success has evolved, the impact of illness on both her personal and professional life, as well as how a mixture of focus, determination, love and support has allowed her to overcome the odds.

A comedienne, presenter, video producer, trainer and science communicator, Florence Schechter is also building a vagina museum.
In 2017, she started a project to build the world's first bricks and mortar museum about the gynaecological anatomy, and came Highly Commended in the Women of the Future Awards in the Arts and Culture category for her work with the Vagina Museum.
The museum plans to break the stigma and shame surrounding women’s sexuality with exhibitions covering everything from anatomy and society to periods and sex.
Kim talks to Florence about where the idea came from, the challenges and obstacles she’s faced along the way and how she’s maintained a steadfast focus on making her dream a reality.

Described as ‘a young woman with a bold vision’ Dunola Oladapo’s passion for representing diversity as well as youth social action led her to found Luton Lights - an initiative designed to motivate and inspire girls in the town in which she grew up.
A remarkable role model, Dunola juggles her full-time role in finance alongside her international advocacy as a G(irls)20 Global Ambassador, member of the Commonwealth Youth Peace Ambassadors Network as well as working on the leadership board for the #iWill Fund.
Kim talks to Dunola about her family’s move to the UK from Nigeria, the scholastic disappointment that spurred her on, the personal motivation behind Luton Lights and the huge adventure she’s about to embark on, on the other side of the world.

Cristina Gavrilovic is the Head of European Operations at Justice and Care, an organisation that supports victims of slavery and human trafficking by empowering them to rebuild their lives.
Her work within the organisation safeguards hundreds of victims every year.
Kim talks to Cristina about growing up in an unhappy home in Romania, her move to the UK via Germany, starting out as a beautician and marrying young, before finding her true calling.
